Keep your locations working together.

When people work across an office, a public building and another site, a connection problem can look different at each location. A useful support plan records which systems are shared, which equipment belongs to each building and who makes decisions about changes.

We can take responsibility for everyday IT or work alongside an internal team. Either way, the handoff between remote support and onsite work should be clear, so your staff knows where to turn when a device, phone or building connection stops working.

One support path for staff

Computer, email and Microsoft 365 support across the agreed locations. Define which employees and systems are covered, and how your internal IT contact and our team will coordinate.

Networks between working spaces

Scope Wi-Fi coverage, switches, cabling and connections around the actual site. A park, meeting room or outbuilding may need a different approach from a desk in the main office.

Municipal services that residents use

Support the systems behind resident calls and staff work, with municipal websites and facility projects available when they are part of your priorities. Agree on the scope before the work begins.

WORK YOU CAN SEE

A real network project in Metro Detroit.

For Franklin Community Association in Franklin Village, Black Rock extended connectivity to the park and gazebo with a point-to-point wireless link, improved coverage at the Kreger House, and installed protected network equipment. The project shows how we plan around an actual site and its budget.

REMOTE HELP. PLANNED ONSITE WORK.

Give every site a clear plan.

For Metro Detroit onsite support, we start with the street address of each covered building, its working hours and the equipment involved. Planned installation and maintenance can then be coordinated with the person who has access. Onsite frequency and response expectations belong in the service agreement.

What we’ll work through together

  • Identify each covered location and its onsite contact.
  • Record internet connections, shared systems and any outside technology vendors.
  • Agree on building access, maintenance windows and the handoff to internal IT.
Talk through your onsite needs

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A few practical
questions.

Can you support more than one location?

We can discuss a plan covering multiple sites. We identify the buildings, users, systems and responsibilities in scope, including how onsite work will be scheduled.

Can you help our existing IT department?

Yes. A co-managed arrangement can give your internal team agreed help desk coverage or project support. Responsibilities and escalation should be clear before service starts.

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOUR TEAM

A conversation.
A familiar face.

Tell us about your people, your locations and the support you need. We’ll agree on the right next step together.
