IT Support & Security Only

For micro municipalities
Up to 5 Users
$750/mo.
+ One-time $2,500 setup fee

For mid-sized municipalities
For up to 10 Users
$1,000/mo.
+ One-time $2,500 setup fee

For large municipalities
For up to 20 Users
$2,000/mo.
+ One-time $2,500 setup fee

Your IT Department

For micro municipalities
Up to 5 Users
$1,000/mo.
+ One-time $2,500 setup fee

For mid-sized municipalities
For up to 10 Users
$1,500/mo.

For large municipalities
For up to 20 Users

The total number of employees/users that access a computer on a daily basis. That’s all!
Teams that are larger typically require additional levels of coordination and communication to assure that each team member is receiving the support they need, and leaders are aligned with the rest of the Black Rock Tech Team on initiatives and cyber posture.

Every 90-days, we’ll work together to reflect on our performance, assess our progress towards your goals, set new priorities and celebrate milestones.
Tech Calls
As your "Tech Sherpa", we will guide you in implementing (and maintaining) the Technology that runs your organization successfully - keeping you focused on the right work, reviewing performance, and setting the stage for what comes next.
Training
Through individual and group trainings, you'll go deep on everything in your Tech "Stack", ensuring your organization is getting the most out of your technology.
